Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only if there is an error on our part such as duplicate charges or service cancellations.
Once the diagnostic test has been performed and the report delivered, refunds are generally not available.
Provide your order details and reason for refund.
We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.
In case if you are eligible for the refund , Once the refund is initiated the amount will be credited within 5 to 7 business days to the original mode of payment .
Non-Refundable Items
Charges for services already completed and reports issued.
Samples collected and tests processed as per medical norms.
